im thinking of getting a palm pda to run pocket george on, but a cple of questions!!  does the palm hold all the info that is on your pc once transfered over, debts your full rounds etc or do you just download your daily rounds, the night before?   and those who have it, would you recommend it?

It keeps all your debt lists on there until there paid and you can also upload up to however many days of work you require I currently load 14 days and that works well for me but the max is 28 days

I would highly recomend it, very usefull

Hello all

I was just reading this forum, having a gander and thought that I'd ask what this pocket george business is all about, because it looks interesting.  I cant find a reference to it on the internet, is this a nickname of a piece of software for the PDA?  Might sound a stupid question, but you dont know until you ask.  Also what PDA does everyone use, is it HP or is there a better make?

Hi

George is a program for the pc that is designed for window cleaners. It costs £50. I think it is well worth the money.

There is also a program for pda's that comes free and you can download rounds and debt lists to it and then upload the data at the end of the day.

I don't know what pda's others use but I use a Sony Clie. £30 from ebay.

You can't use Pocket George on a Pocket PC (ie Windows). It only works on Palm based units

Ohh mn those Palm zire 21 are out of stock!  And now egay are ripping everyone off by selling em for 15 quid plus.  Poop lol >:(
