Title: business cards
Post by: robertphil on November 23, 2012, 07:16:45 am
mine seem to be no good. in 5 years not a single job has ever came my way from anybody who has asked me for a card. maybe they look  cheap or maybe they look  pricey, who knows whats wrong . iv Vistaprint cards, not the very cheapest in their range ,but the ones with a logo of a squeegee

any of you got cards that rake in surprisingly well? where from

The problem with Vista print every second windy has there card with the squeegee on. If they are a crap, peeps think you are the same. They do not grab attention when seen by a customer. I have seen 3 chaps in my own all using the same vista print card.

i have always had the believe that cards in the main are a waste of time.
If someone says"how much do you charge "and then ask for a card  they are being polite

when someone now asks for a card i just say i dont do them heres my number log it in your phone under window cleaner

Most people ask for a card to get rid of you when canvassing i find. I hardly get any call backs from the either but the few a year i do get pays for the hassle of getti g them all printed etc.
