Title: pole clamps

i am currently using brodex allloy poles which i find to be more durable than carbon fibre or glass fibre, only because i employ people, and they don't take the same care as you would if it was your own,
i am looking for better clamps to go on the poles, any suggestions, as they standard clamps just wear out.

I meant the complete clamp assembly not just the leaver sorry
