just asking this for a mate , set his van up into a van system he stripped down his trolleys which have been running fine .
now its set up as a 2 man operation using 2 pumps, 2 batterys , 2 controllers and 2 hose reels both feed from the same outlet using a y piece .
The problem is that now the flow rate on 1 of them is not as good as it was and the hose keeps spliting and blowing off the splits happen between the out let of the pump and the hose reel . Any ideas as to why this will happen ?

Sounds like an air-lock to me.

or one controller needs callibrating.
