If you can't find 1mm jets, try 1mm mig welding tips - although I'm not sure how they fit exactly in brushes.
I recall someone on here was using them a while back

Hi  Guys Alex is gonna check but I think he may have none left.

Will look into the welding tips thing.

Also found out someone was saying about goof plugs from hozlelock, used to plug holes in irrigation tubing,

can see how you could fix em in brush and you drill them to your spec 1,2,3 mm etc.

Hi lee, I use clarkes welding tips from machine mart, look just like the ones in james link above.
They push fit into the existing jet holes on a gardiners brushes, and I use the threaded end to twist the hose onto clockwise (acts a bit like a barb so the hose does'nt keep popping off)

Just got an email of Alex gardiner, he has some 1mm pencil jets in stock but working on some new one's
here's he's reply below sounds good and easy to fit.

"I am working on a 1.4mm jet size which is almost exactly half the flow rate of the 2mm pencil jets and will fit the same size jet hole. These will be with us in about 3-4 weeks"

The 1 mm welding tips are IMO 1mm exactly .

I have used 1mm jets before from Cleantech which is no longer trading and the jets were bigger than 1mm their is a big difference. I think the cleantech jets were about 1.2mm i will now only use the clarkes 1mm welding tips as they are a near perfect fit when replacing gardiners standard 2mm jets . Mike

Just use Alexes Hi pressure fan jets at 100 psi the work as a pencil jet with a 10 foot water distance with out fanning. If the pressure is high they will fan ,so turn that flow down.
