i have been making some enquires into the software package service Ceo, is anyone out there using it, and what are your thoughts.

I would recommend Scheduling Manager from Thoughtful Systems. Their software program lets you enter client information once, pull up your client's record and lets you take notes about each client. Scheduling Manager easily keeps track of customer billing (including invoices, statements and payments), scheduling, history, income, and worker time log. It will also calculate basic payroll for you.

We have used Service Ceo for the past five years and yes its good but at a cost.
Depends really how big your business is as to whether its right for you.
