Hi, can anyone advise me on how to clean monocouche render. I have a buidling front to clean that has this type of render with out damaging it. The buidling is not due tobe painted until summer next year so they want a general clean up of the exterior. Any advice greatly received. :-*

Cos, its a housing authority, and they have loads of money to waste and they spend it unnecessarily.Maybe when they see what an excellent job we are going to do they will realise that it does not need repainting. lol. Also of note, I spoke to a nationwide major property developer about this render and they have now stopped using this render due to the fact that it becomes contaminated in a short space of time.

What do you use on this?
I have cleaned this in the past and it has come up well, but sometimes there is staining. Sometimes red staining, or black run marks.

I don't put my number on here for the fun of it ;D

I had to clean this render on a new build last week after the red bricks above had run down the render most of that came off with just water but long term I can see it as a pain
