Title: Which WFP?

I've always done windows the traditional way, ladders & by hand.  I want to move to a wfp system.

If I don't want a tranny van, so want something that will fit into a small van (normal car size) and don't want something heavy - I'm 5ft4 and 8 and a bit stone.

Which pole system do I go for?

Have a search on this site for the Shurflo Back-Pack.

It's heavy to wear; so I don't; I've got in on an old grannies shopping trolley.

I know that sounds really naff; but it's a top bit of kit.

If you've a round that consists of large-scale commercial work, then a van mounted system has got to be the best.

But if you've a mainly residential round; terraced houses; semi's and access issues; you can't beat the Shurflo; in my humble opinion.

I've a 50 litre trolley system going rusty in my shed.

I got the Freedom Trolley system a couple of weeks ago, and its a great piece of kit.

Couldn't live without it now!

Thank you all for your help so far.  I will certainly check out the links to the sites. The more info I get, the better. 

I had considered making a system - trouble is - I don't have one, so I don't really know what to get to put one together.

sesutton. Whichever way you get into WFP it will be the best move you ever made as a window cleaner. It certainly has been for my window cleaning business.. and my health :)   All the best with it.

check out the site, its all listed, you cannot go wrong, ive had people who are really crap with home DIY contact me and say "thanks for the site, ive just made a system and it took me a few hours to order and a few hours to put together"
