Sat in the van the other day and i thought what a lot of equipment we have stuffed in here so was wondering what other people have rammed in the van.

800l ionics delivery system with shurflow and varistream + 110ah leisure battery

gardiners back pack and aluminium folding trolley

trad gear(squeegees,t mops,bucket,detergent,microfibres etc)

ladder stand off/hazard warning cone

toolbox with connectors,tape,glue etc

jump leads/foot pump

a 5L pressure sprayer with virosol

two 25L barrels if i need 400L

baseball cap,polarised sunglasses,waterproof gloves and liners,wet wipes(for if i get dog crap on hose!)

worksheets,leaflets,business cards


3.5 m 2 section trade ladders

8 ft single pointer


i have everything i need as a sole trader window cleaner both for regular window cleaning and the add ons like conny roof/fascias/soffits/solar panel cleaning! ;) ;D ;D ;D

As little as possible no need to take the world with you when clean just the basic equipment needed, some of you guys will be crying when all your stuff gets knocked and then wonder why :0 do you really need it all

At some point yes i do. I tried only taking out what i needed too but found myself returning home too many times because i had forgot to put something on the van.

500l tank, split charge relay to 110amp leisure batt (rotate every 2/3 days, ctek intel charger) to 2 shurflo 5.2 pumps / into 2 pure freedom contollers - into 2 60m hose reels - 2 gardiners slx 18's with unger sill brushes (yea i know their heavy but good cleaners). 15l backpack sys. 1st clean vikan brush head/neck. 5L of G101. Winter stuff on board - propex hs2000 with 12v timer and stat (on road parkin) - 2 hot washes on either back doors. 2 anti slip ladder devices, 2 safety cones, some trad gear and box of cloths plus lots of required tools in the door wells! And on top - 3m titan ladder with artic feet plus a 2m sml pointer -  Peugot partner 800lx. Pushing the limits i suppose.  :-\

yeah, I got told it wasn't for me as I could not see the point with loading myself down although I always carried a 10pence piece incase I wanted some sweets though so they did teach me something i think :) i like K.I.S.S method less hassle less problems

i like to keep it simple as well.although it looks at first glance that i have a lot of gear in a small van.it all gets used every week and is needed for all cleaning jobs that come up.
