Title: First time with a Hydro-Force
Post by: Richard Meads on November 12, 2012, 04:04:25 pm
I got a hydro-force sprayer second hand, and gave it it's first go today, now I'm new to these but I'm guessing that the container isn't supposed to fill up and start overflowing through the lid!

Any one with any ideas what could be wrong?

it has a spring that pushes a ballbearing to create a check valve to stop any water entering the container, this is malfunctioning.

take off the lid that the suction hose passes through and look under neath it will be knurled so you can unscrew it, do this carefully and you will see the ball bearing sitting on the spring, give it a clean then reassemble

then try it out
