Hi
What are the benefits of Ltd?

I always thought Ltd was a way of limiting risks.
Window Cleaning isn't high risk.

If you're married or cohabiting and your other half doesn't work (or doesn't use her full tax free allowance), it's worth its weight in gold if she works in the business with you, as you can both use your tax free allowances.

It also gives you NI benefits which more than outweigh the costs in my case

Some customers will think you're more established.

Vin

That's it for now.

Ask your accountant.

If you have not got an accountant, get one, then ask your accountant.

It's a complicated old business, you are probably best not to get tax advice from window cleaners.

Ask your accountant.

Limited process straight foward and for small companies no need for auditing so in theory u can do it without accountant.

I'm nearly 3 years in and not ready for LTD yet but in another 3 years hopefully will be doing as more tax advantageous EG pay yourself as director same as ur PAYE tax free allowance then give yourself dividends and interest free loans.

This is just the broad brushstokes prob not as clear cut but thats what Ive discivered within 5 minutes of some quick research obviously seek expert advice.
