it means all The bristles are 90 degrees to the stock of the brush

no I believe to 0 degrees is actually 0.09 degrees :D

Obviously, 0 degrees means exactly that. It means 0 degrees. Unless, of course, it means something else.

your all wrong... it means in 0° temperatures the bristles will splay as the brush hits the floor when you splay out on the ice!
