I am trying to get the Contact Us Form working again. You can use the 'ask a question' form at the bottom of every product page as these are working.

We always use next-day FedEx for all items over £10 in value. Of course if the order comes in after the afternoon FedEx collection then it will not be delivered the next day from you ordering but from the day it goes out.

FedEx are able to leave an item in a safe place if it has been requested at the time of placing the order.

A free Super-Lite baseball cap goes out with every SLX25ft+, SuperMAX, Super-Lite Modular and Xtreme pole. I think that Rich got one because he visited and I happened to be there.

I have a finger chopper offer i am thinking of using it to start cutting hose as opposed to slow/non paying customers fingers and I also have the pen, I think a baseball cap would be taking it too far imho ;)

I really don't think that your bank-note wad is as in need of liberating as Dave's is!

Perhaps a wooly 'Gardiner' hat will have to be the next give-away item. I will get on to it.

A beanie hat. What a good idea. I'm not needing a pole at the moment, but I'd buy a beanie. I think you'd sell quite a few of these Alex if you have them on your website.   ;D

I should have tried to blag some of that complimentary glue when it was going, I have six clamps done up with gaffer tape.

How old is the pole and which type of pole is it?

For older poles here is an instruction video on how to renovate older poles by replacing clamps using any twin-pack epoxy glue - http://youtu.be/PysvFrQYUUc

I have several poles slx 30 and 22 and clx 18 and 14. I will get around to renovating them eventually. I think the newest one is last year and the oldest is about 4.

They are good poles really, I just enjoy watching you fending off the critics....  ;)

 :)

I know exactly what it's like - I always put off carrying out repairs on my own poles - there is usually something far more interesting to do. Tape seems such an easy option. I have just gotten around to refurbishing a 2 year old Xtreme that had received some abuse at the hands of the workers (taped on the job repair on one spot had held up for about 6 months.) Waited to a slightly quieter time and spent at least 30 minutes working on it! Wish I had done it sooner.

I may have to order one at the same time I order a new carbon gooseneck. Snapped my other one being too heavy handed! (it's the only way to snap 'em!).
