OK

Strip with Aqua Mix Sealing & Coating Remover
Then a mix of Heavy duty and nanoscrub (as you can's use acid on Limestone as I'm sure you know)
Then you may have to repolish Supershine1,2,3 then polish
Seal

Note: Some Limestone are a pig to polish and using supershine may lose you clariety in the stone and may be difficult to polish

My Prefered method

Strip with Aqua Mix Sealing & Coating Remover
Then honing powder 220/320 with brush
Then Honing powder 400/500 with white pad or natural hair pad
Then if polish is desired supershine no3 Then polish
Seal

Again this method can have implications if you polish it then the only way to overcome this is to use resin bonded diamonds right up through the grits but then you have lippage issues!

Which brings us to a more Expensive route
and that is grinding the whole floor flat with metal sintered diamonds the re-hone/polish through with resin bonded diamonds
