How many hours do you reckon? £300 seems low, but hard for me to estimate time to clean that.

Thats interesting David, i will target that kind of job from now on ;)

Thanks for replys so far.
As this is a regular window clean customer that ive had for years, I dont need to quote it, just go ahead and clean then send the bill in ;D
I reckon it will take about 4/5 hours.
It doesnt look dirty in the pictures, but it is quite bad when your close up.
My plan is to fill tank with tap water, then just pump straight out bypassing the DI.
Nice little earner when I eventually get round to doing it.

These jobs are a ball ache and are a lot tougher than you think once you start, especially if they have got the black staining

I wouldn't charge anything... I wouldn't take on the job in the first place.
I've done work like this in the past and I really don't like it.
You can't beat good old regular window cleaning.

I would say £250 + vat and would powerwash instead of WFP here is a dirty one my 74 year old dad managed

gutters cleaned and full building clean
-
Im just a newby but would a pressure washer not be better?.Just a thought :-\
-
Depends on height and access and how dirty brushing works better a lot of the time as ou can work the chemical in and work the dirt
-
The guy in the picture with the extending pressure hose looks to be doing a great job,i would do it like that i think and charge for the hire of the gear if you do not have the right type yourself :)
