Title: Parquet
Post by: Buckland on October 29, 2012, 07:35:55 pm
I have a client with a large area of parquet which is just dull and lightly scratched but he does not want it sanded and re-finished (which I would not do anyway)

Any ideas on a good routine to bring it back from dullness short of re-finishing?

I have rotaries and an orbital and good selection of pads and bonnets etc - what I need is a systematic approach and suggestions for solutions to use

Thanks

dave

Is lacquered or oiled/waxed?

Jamie - no it was one of those 'just going out the door having finished the carpets discussions' - he has let the property now so probably have to wait a while. If you had been asked to just buff it up and make it presentable what would you have done?
