4-5 hours also.

Sometimes a couple of big jobs fall on the same day & I put in 14 hours - i'd take the next day off to recover though!

5-7 hours a day depending on what scheduled work is due that day.i find pacing myself day to day is better all around than splurging and trying to cram in as much work as i can physically get done in a day as it has a knock on affect the next day.

these hours are "on the glass" hours and doesnt include filling up,faffing with equipment, admin, collecting etc.

ive had 10 days off so im raring to get stuck in again now!! :D :D ;D ;D ;D

regards

Are you guys talking about on the glass time? In witch case its 6 for me, but I am always working at home doing admin, water, cleaning cloths sending out quotes etc. I must work for 7.30am driving to work until 7.30-8pm sometimes later every day.

I wish I knew the your secret as I want to do less hours and have more time off.

I try and do as much as I can early in the week so I can have Fridays off.
Last week which was fairly typical I did:
10.5 hours Monday
10 hours Tuesday
9 hours Wednesday
6 hours Thursday
0 hours Friday to Sunday.

So 35.5 hours in a week with no slacking stopping or taking it easy.
