Hi,
does anyone have a copy of an invoice that they use to pay sub contractors I could use please?

I used to do contract work for a window cleaning company.  It was me that sent them invoices - not the other way round - and they just sent me a cheque.

Why do you need to invoice  your sub-contractors?

Hi Tosh thanks for the reply. I Just need to supply some sort of receipt for the payments each week or month for the work carried out by them for there records.

Yes, as Tosh said.  Their invoice to you is a receipt, plus of course your cheque stub is proof of payment.  unless you pay them in cash, then either you or they just write out a cash receipt(duplicate book)and get them to sign it.

Thanks I will just create a receipt I can print off for them covering the work they have invoice me for. thanks for the advise.
