Hi andrew please don't take this the wrong way but i went down that route until i told my van insurance and they wanted another £150 on top so i took it back out and told them where to go. i hope you have more look than me so keep us informed cheers jame
-
yes it does . but from what i understand it resets every time you switch your water off ....ie from your pole tap
-
i havent told them lol

i havent told them lol
BOOM BOOM

What temp does it reach and does it take long to reach top heat.

ive got it on low. when i turned it up i couldnt put my hands under the water flow. i didnt want it too hot im worried about damaging the windows im washing. as for how long it takes to get warm initially about 10 mins thats to get the hot water through 100metres of hose . but once the waters hot in the hose its not to long tbh . only been going since last dec and im hoping this is gonna benefit me this winter . i dont know what its gonna cost per month so thinking of only using it when i have to and not as a luxury. boom boom i hope not lol

i got a fofg wash last year used it once its stuck in the van waste of time dont see the need my self its just a fad imo. and out of pocket
-
i may feel the same . but gonna use it for a day tomorrow to see how i get on with it . i cant see how it could be a bad thing to have during the cold snap... everyone who i know that uses hot water says its good

I have been using one for the past three winters, wouldn't be without it.
When it gets down to -4 /-5 and you are still workingyou will be glad you got it.
One thing i would suggest is that when it gets down to minus whatever turn your water on and run back into the top of your tank before pulling any hose out, this helps to stop your hose freezing on the ground before you get hot water through..

Three yrs plus for me.As said above when freezing
It's a great help to keep working, paid for itself in lost time easy.

i got this one from usa, its a little expensive due to the shipping costs, but it has no cut off, a 5 year warrenty, not that is would be worth sending back because of the shipping costs, and it seems to work really well, fires up as soon as the water is turned on and get the waster hot really quickly.

used the hot water all day today and it went well .. hot water rolls of the glass well and it seems to clean quicker.
i situated the heater close to the rear doors so it has plenty of ventilation
im wondering how long the gas will last. so may just keep using it to see how many hrs use i get out of a 11kg tank
positive move im thinking
