Why is it some customer think because you do them a service they can talk you you like you a something on the bottom of your shoe. Does any one also find this.It s not all the time but one does get it from time to time.I just don`t understand there mentality.

It's human nature. Some people may have insecurities which they try to hide by trying to make themselves appear superior by talking down to others.

I honestly can't think of any customers who really treat me like this, but when I meet anybody with a superior attitude, I deal with it by trying to treat the person how I would like to be treated.

Humility is an amazing quality of strength, it is not a demonstration of weakness.

John.

The advantage of self employment = you decide who u going to work for

The advantage of window cleaning = dropping 1 customer wont make any difference to your income
