Title: Oven Cleaning; Gas or Electric powered dip tanks?

I am currently looking at Oven Cleaning Dip Tanks to install in the back of my van and want to know whether to go for a Gas powered or Electric powered type. The benefits of gas are obvious but i'm also led to believe that storing gas bottles in your van can either nulify your insurance or increase the cost substantially. Can anyone offer any advice or let me know what their experience of this is.

Hi Tony i am in the same position as yourself, i am in the process of starting an oven cleaning business and finding it hard to choose between gas or electric.
Just one other thing if someone can clarify, i hope to get into the commercial market also, obviously the racks from commercial ovens will be larger will the fit in your standard type dip tank?
