Title: Custies that try it on!

A lady rang last night to ask me if I could give her a quote. I said how many windows do you have which she replied 9 so I said it'll be approx £10. So she said ok come and do it then for that price!!
Went there today but she'd forgotten to mention she had a very large conservatory!! She expected me to do that too for a tenner!! I told her my names Hunt not? >:(

No I asked her how many windows she had. She seemed to think that the 9 windows included the conservatory. I reckon that whoever does get the job for £10 will think twice about going again!!

I made that mistake years ago, i always see the call first before i price up now, they allways forget to mention a conny or a porch....

When I started out I use to get a few email asking for a quote without seeing the property...big mistake!

I remember years ago one job took me 30min to clean and I only charge her £10 :-[, I rang the doorbell to collect my money kinda hoping she be generous and tip me another fiver at least... did she balls.

I never went back again but then again it was my fault.

if thats your worst one you havent done too bad, unless you had a 30 min drive each way too.

it wasn't too far away if i can remember rightly, so yeah i been lucky
