Ive been getting more requests to clean connie roofs (if say i already do the windows) i have kept away up until now as i am trad for now.
However, i have aquired a new extention pole (not wfp) and soft brush etc and so can do some of the connie roofs, my question is - how much would you guys charge to do just the connie roof say 12ft by 10ft (if im there doing the windows anyway).
I know this will depend on the condition of the roof, but just a rough price for an average dirty roof - a bit vague i know, but just thinking i may be under charging on these - thanks in advance

Good tip get a pole with a hoselock attachment plug into customers outlet use ecover washing up liquid or diluted g101 ...gardiners also sell attachment to water fed pole that you can plug into hoselock ...

between £5 and £10 per roof panel ........ big or small panels same rate applies.
Average is about £60 to £80.

Thanks fellas, ive just cleaned one (glass roof) used my optiloc extention pole with soft brush covered in ecover (ecover and water in a square bucket, lots of ecover to get the crap off the roof) - rinsed it off with a normal hose and then used a normal applicator (Tbar and applicator) to give it that final scrub. Managed to squeegee it off (just) and it looked great, a few drips but client wasnt bothered as it looked like new (her comments).
Not as quick as wfp im sure but still a great job.
Cheers
Steve
Note: I have an adjustable T bar, which worked really well to get into the narrow parts of the connie roof, now need an adjustable squeegee handle i feel to do the same (bit like a wagtale but one that will fit onto unger pole - any ideas or links appreciated)
