I've already got the job of cleaning the windows, but I've been asked to do a builders clean on new upvc soffits and fascias. It's quite a big building, I reckon a days work. The guy doing the snagging before they hand it over, saw me wfp the windows, and asked if I could do the upvc with the pole. So I said yes.
I'm thinking £200. Just in case it goes into a second day.
what would you do? I think doing the soffits is going to get me wet???

To be honest Pj I've never known a facia and plastics job take more than 2 hours.
Can't see it being a problem.
But then I did do it by hand( ;))....needs plenty of elbow grease.
I still get wet though.

How long would that take you Rog?

Pj
Doing soffits will get you wet.
A day of doing gutters soffits an fascias is going to knacker you out totally.
I did 3 hour gutter clean the other day and i was soaked and i mean soaked from head to toe.
It was too late to think of waterproofs as i had already got wet.
Make sure you tape your gloves over you waterptroof jacket.
I would take some help with you and do 20 mins each alternating it.
If they are dirty it is a lot harder.
Also you will need a pole with a swivel residential attatchment.
The fixed goosenecks are horrendous on soffits and the underside of the gutter.
I did one with a gooseneck once ,never again
