Right customers brand new windows fitted, she wanted me to clean them in n out straight after try we're fitted.
So the next day I do them... Wfp on the out and trad in of course.
Phones up the next day and says there a right mess when suns out ... So I go round - it's not sunny and the windows looked great! Then the sun comes out! Right mess! But it's all inside the glazing!
Customer agrees its all on the inside of the glazing, she had them refitted and it looks like its happened again, so not really a problem for me the window cleaner but she wanted to see if I could get any advice ...

sounds like the sealed units are faulty, tell her to ring the glazing company as there is condensation inside

It's not condensation mate, it's like dust and smears .... Prob for them is when not in direct sun you can't see a thing! They look perfect, as soon as the back windows are in direct sun they look rubbish!
-
Its sounds like the glass panes were not clean when the units were assembled.I have seen this a few time, crap units.
-
They have it two different lots fitted now tho and still the same dirty glass inside glazing

I worked in dgu factory's for years there will be muck
On or around the dryer when the come to the end of the
Production line,
Factory's fault it usually says the company name
On the spacer bar and the date they were made
So phone the supplier and/ or the factory direct
And get them to send there quality control guy out
To take a look
10 yr Warranty on dgu's so no worries getting them
Changed if they ain't been in long
Cheers

same in my house been here 3 years (new build) not bad enough to annoy me though :)

We clean loads of new build and this is on the increase. It's a fault on leaving the factory. No doubt another issue caused but cost cutting.
I'd be very surprised if she hadn't seen this before, although it tends to more visible in bright sunshine.
As it is inside there's no more you can do or need to do.
Over to her window supplier.
