Had a new customer call today.....6 weeks after we did the job for the first time.

You flooded my hall
I am sorry to hear that, How?
My front door leaks.
Ok I will make a note to clean the door by hand next time.
Thats not good enough you should not have done it.
I agree it should not have happened, but as its an external door we assume its weather tight.
Well you never cleaned the sills.
I can assure you we always clean the sills, however if we missed some dirt I am sure we will get it on our second visit.
Well my car is old and the paint is not good. You got your water on it and I had to pay a man to polish it out, he said the chemicals in your water did it.
We don't add chemicals, in fact our water is pretty much the same as rain water. Do you have problems when it rains?
Well my door leaked all down my hall.
Would you like to cancel our services.
I don't know, when are you due.
Why not call us when you need us next?

True though believe it or not. If your clear coat is patchy, the pure water will spot the paint like mad. I had it on my old Berlingo. Mind you, just about anything would spoil the paint work on that. If his car is that old it needs a respray, simple as.

id tell him or her shove it up your arse,i got a customer moaning about price a detached house with conny 6 pound  every 2 week i put it up 1 pound and she said can i go monthly i said yes it will be 8 pound saving you 6 pound ok,next clean i cleaned it did a good job apart from a gutter braket falling from the conny ,just about to tell him ill fix it  he said cross us of your book,so i didnt tell him about the gutter. :)

Sometimes I also wonder if Bumper is really the same person as a window cleaner and  the poster.  He also gives me chuckle. ;D

  Just a heads up, chances are I may get the call when they need cleaning again, damned if I can be doing with her.

  I'll recomend her a local company that can do carpets at the same time. ;D
