£8 for 109 minutes work  ??? ??? ???

Are you sure you don't mean 19 mins work?

I would do them at his price twice and then explain to the customer your price is 8, if they are happy with your work it will be your price from now on.  As it would not be fair on your customers to charge 2 different prices its better to upset his customers putting them up than your customers thinking that you are being unfair.

Pure Evolution
Brett.
