One of the best bits of kit ive bought. We have used it quite extensivley last week and this week on our commercial contracts. The large cotton bonnetts that come with it are superb as is the encap.
We used to use a two man system, one would spray directly infront of the thermadry and the other would bonnett stright onto the spray (this gave optimum results). With the Hbot now you only need one person. Time wise its about the same to do the job, but with one person less. The end result visually is also much better IMO.

Hi Paul
Which endcap is it jeff supplied some many moons ago prob changed
kind regards

ive been trying 3 new ones the past couple of months, JK, CSUK, and Environ.
All 3 are producing great results, i wont know about the longjevity of the encap though for another 2 months when i do the checks. The Environ goes the furthest, Relaesit smells the best and Dynamall is best for dye based stains.
Releasit encap punch is great on upholstery.
Still only mid way on testing, will take another few months yet to full decide. One thing is for sure after ive used my chemical stocks up I will only be buying encap chems for all jobs as they cover nearly every situation superb 8)

Wow, thats quite a bold statement, Paul?

Agree with Paul - encap is a very worthwhile method of cleaning provided you use a good quality product. The only time that I have found it to let me down is on 'grease'. It just doesn't seem to cut it on that :'(
-
What about on body oils on upholstery? I haven't tried it on upholstery at all yet - but hoping to do so by next week.

You need one with a high surfactant content for this application.
-
Any particular recommendation there?
-
Prespray with Encap Punch then run over with DS2 or Basic
-
Ash i will still carry my spotting bag for the heavily stained/problem areas that need to be addressed for for the majoritory of the standard cleaning wrk then it will be an encap product i will be using ;)
Ash just to clarify,i will be using encap for bonnetting and as a prespray for extraction as the chemical is that good.

I find that a solvent product such as chemspec pog sprayed over it removestheoils quite easily
