hi all need to buy new brush mainly residential cleaning any advice thanks andy

Here is my brush choice
Extreme soft - leaded windows
Extreme mono - no leaded windows
SL Sill brush mono - 2nd floor non leaded
SL Sill brush soft - 2nd floor leaded windows

My mate has one of the new Unger ones with the moveable jets. It has been going a month now and still looks like new - it out cleans my Gardiners Cill brush - I will be having a couple of them very soon.

Super lite dual trim white I would think is the most versatile with a white rubber protector on. I have got mine from the day they came out and still looks new its my most used brush.I have had all the Gardeners brushes.

Have you got The Super-Lite Xtreme Medium Mixed? much better than the super lite dual trim white IMO

If trading and using a normal extention pole (for them hard to reach windows) what would be the best brush, will want something that will do the upvc and sills, not waterfed - may also use it for connie roofs that need a quick wash down (not clear glass as would need wfp/ filtered water etc) would i need two separate brushes or is there a magical brush for both? (will need to screw/clip it onto the end of the pole)

My top 3 brushes are.....
1) SL Dual trim medium mixed
2)SL Dual trim flocked
3) Extreme Medium mixed

Im currently using the "sl extreme soft dual trim cill" i love it, best brush ive ever had! Next time i buy however im gonna try the same brush but medium bristles!

The latest Extreme dual- trim has slightly softer bristles which is great for leaded windows as well , Could not use anything else for windows as the super-lite brushes are to heavy in comparison to the Extreme . MIKE

extreme medium bristle for most maintenance window cleaning
dual trim sill brush (soft)for some leaded windows
dual trim sill brush(medium)for conny roofs
these brushes are all on carbon goosenecks and are interchangeable with my SLX and SUPERMAX
I also have the superlite standard brushes in mono and flocked which i use sometimes.i find the mono good for dirty first cleans esp if the frames are minging!
the flocked is just screwed on to a normal angle adaptor with a flipfast on my CLX.
I also have a vikan mono which is on a short WFP for cleaning my van and car!

Some brilliant answers there, thanks fellas, will look into it - just need it for occasional use at moment, but will need to use more when i go wfp early next year.
Blue frog - thanks for the reply, however, as mentioned in my post i just need it for the occasional use for connie roofs or even for connie cleans ie cleaning down the upvc as quicker than using a cloth (dont necessarly need a wfp system for that) also for those hard to reach windows (especially if the upvc/sill is minging). I would then trad the windows as normal with squeegee on an extention pole.
