Yes, I'm in denial about my age, I just check the yellow parchment marks on my birth certificate now and again.

Do any of you work wfp using a trolley by any chance?
I had a raised hip for almost year and a half. My only relief was from when i was working. Being still was constant pain.
Saw an nhs physio who was crap. Got a massage privately 3 weeks later and she saw i had a raised hip (1 leg longer than the other).
I went from trolley back to van mount and was 100% better after a week.
It was how i lifted the trolley in and out of the van that caused it.
