Title: Bleach thru Shurflo pump
Post by: Barryy on October 13, 2012, 09:20:08 am
Hi all, anyone know if a solution of 3parts water to 1part bleach would be safe to use through a Shurflo pump or would it damage it? Thanks.

It will eventually damage the rubber seals inside the pump , can i ask why you want to put bleach through ?

Apparanty this mixture clears the red that appears on a lot of bare concrete, on the walls of a house or the cappings of a garden wall etc. Thought I might offer this cleaning service as an add-on. If pump won't hold up, I'll prob use a backback. Thanks for all replies.
