Title: stopping leafletting/canvassing

When do you guys stop leafletting and canvassing with the winter months coming up even tho you work all year round or do you just carry on regarless?
Im not to sure also i have gutting cleaning avertised on my leaflets so should i carry on or would it be waste of time

just stopped my leaflets , for the winter months . still got 7k left in garage though for canvassing.
we are gonna canvas these next 4 months then restart leaflets.
at a £1k per month outlay i have decided to wait till the new year to restart them as the jobs that pay for them are really not viable /needed ( conny roofs etc, driveways fascias ,etc)

im quite looking forward to no £1k outlay pcm. for the next month im saving  ;)

Got a vw transporter sportline with big spec  coming january so need some pennies ;D

If you've got the spare time to canvass and leaflet then keep it up till you are full. You'll pick up some of the most loyal customers through the winter as they're happy to have it done all weathers from the off.

results from leafletting this time of year will normally be low.  plus you will get wasters wanting them clean just in time for xmas .
 it could be worth doling out gutter cleaning leaflets however

I say carry on  ;) If you see a pattern in results over the years, adjust accordingly, but canvassing/leafletting for maintenence window cleaning should be done all year round imo

i very rarely leaflet and canvass as i groan when i get a new job these days!! :( :( ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
