Clean It Up

Lady rang me up all apologetic saying "they hadnt done a good job this time" and can we call back to rectify the front lounge window which had dirty run marks on it :(
Went round few hours later and told Joe to redo rears and I would redo the front - always believe with a complaint you should do whole job again (within reason) but she stopped us and insisted we just did the 1 offending window (which is what I thought she would do but always like to give em more then they were expecting when quality issue)
Confesses the truth to the customer that it was actually me that had cleaned her windows this time around.
Anways looked at window which is a long 3 glass sectional window with 3 top closers .... top closers were 100% clean but the bigger panes underneath full of runs and couldnt work it out ??? .......... then remembered the next door neighbour started talking to me mid clean and I thought I had done the bottom panes but had obviously skipped them in error.
So not too bad for 2 years I rekon :)

i had one the other week.id missed the bedroom window completely and there was a big spiders web in the middle!i went back the next day and sorted it!i must of been daydreaming!ive got a good excuse though as im in love with my new girlfriend!!! :D :D ;D ;D ;D ;D
it happens very rarely but lets be honest here were only human and can make the odd mistakes from time to time! ;) :) :)
she was fine about it and laughed! ;D ;D ;D

aqua-daptor body broke in half so its in the bin!!the other one is on my clx 22footer and gets used on a few jobs!i gave my 25ft hydra away to a fellow windy starting out with wfp so ive only got 5 poles left!!(CLX,SLX,SUPERMAX,small unger pole and a teleplus trad pole!!)haha ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

if you had been on the impact43 training course and been a professional this would never have happened ;D ;D ;D ;D
