Title: Pricing for a Builders clean

We are asked a lot for builders cleans and it is hit and miss whether we get them or not.  How do you quote?

Do you blind quote?

Do you have set prices based on number of rooms etc?

In this climate, what payment terms would you agree?

You cant blind quote,
when you view the job work out how many people you need for how many days.
Work out how much you are to pay staff i.e 3 people for 10 hours.
Add on price of some chemicals & equipment and how much you want to earn from job.
You should also give a lesser price to carry out a sparkle clean when snagging is completed.
