Title: Pricing up a block of flats???????
Post by: David Wanless on October 08, 2012, 11:28:06 am
Hi All
I have been recently asked to quote for window cleaning externally in Surrey a set of 54 apartments in total which are in three adjoining buildings.  I use a WFP system. There are 11 average sized upvc panes per apartment plus communal areas. So in total  there are 625 window panes?  I am struggling to work out what is a sensible charge and how to charge for it? Your thoughts and advice would be much appreciated.

I normally work on a price per flat ie £7 or £8, sounds cheaper that way  ;)

That's how we do it. These jobs are great as you can just park the van and crack on with it. You'll be done in no time.
