Title: gutter clearence job free to good home

anyone from lincoln area want a gutter clearance job with a minor gutter joint repair? i dont want anything for it nore have a priced the job.

i did a one off job for a letting agency the other day and the neighbours came out ant asked if i provide this service, which i dont (yet anyway)

btw, its a 3 storey modern town house in the country side (nice veiws  :))

Were based in Newark but use a gutter vac to clean so cant do repairs.
Would you go up the ladder to repair then, as thats a LONG way up!

Yeah, fair enough, i dont blame you to be honest. Thinking about it again this morning, i recon he was just after the repair much more than the clearence.

i'll get in touch with him and let him know he will have to get someone him self (builder, UPVC specialist, etc)

The home owner knows if a w/cleaner does the job it will cost him a lot less.
