Hi everybody,I have been asked to quote for an end of tenancy clean,I normally offer weekly cleans so am unsure how to price,or more what is market rate.It is 2 bedroom terrace,I am told needs a good general clean,not a deep clean as it is in reasonable condition.Going to see it on tuesday and advice greatly appreciated.

For on-off jobs I add 25% to my normal hourly rate ;)

We did one this week 3 bed terrace cleaned top to bottom including carpets and charged £175.00
I droped 2 of my team off for 3 hours then in the afternoon i called back and cleaned the carpets

You can charge more for this type of work, don't forget, if you do a good job they get there deposit back, which is usually about a thousand pound.
They will probably want the oven cleaned and a new filter, all carpets will have to be clean and any soft furnishings that are left, all paintwork and skirtting boards inside the cupboards.
I would charge at least £200, and really with carpets you should be looking closer to £300.
Steve, have a look at the carpet cleaning section, they would charge £175 just for the carpets.

I think your right the last one we did they snapped our hands off at £175.00 per clean
Might be time for a price increase :)

Crikey i charge too little for end of tenancy cleans looking at those prices. Better put my prices up :o
