isnt shirt and tie a bit impractical? i agree with looking smart but a shirt and tie just get in the way. labeled polo shirt and jumper is the right balance between smart and functional in my opinion

Changing my uniform in the new year . Thought about a shirt but will probably get ruined really quick although i am considering ditching sweatshirts for a v neck knitted jumper with company name as normal .
But i will still wear standard work trousers as the smart looking ones are to baggy and dont have enough pockets . Mike

mike try this for work trousers with all the pocket
www.engelbert-strauss
dear but will out last anything else, and doesnt lose there colour after a few wash

I've taken my business to a new level (lower one) I've just ordered some new white trackie bottoms (with stripes), nice white sort of shell suit tops with white baseball caps (same stripe). I feel I need to stand out more on the posh estates. We intend to wear the caps back to front this year.

Thanks frank all ready use them for some stuff , Mike

If you're going to wear ties then get some clip on ones. Look exactly the same but just pop off if they get caught on something. Much safer.
-
If my window cleaner wore a tie I'd think he was a bit wierd. It is the 21st century after all. People in this day and age don't expect this type of attire.
