Just interested what kind of business people are running
How many vans you all got. How many staff you have.
Are you happy with your company and where you think you will be in ten years time.
I am at the moment just me in one van. Happy with what I have and will look into expanding next spring again. Due to problems I sold a lot of work as was not working out how I wanted my company to be.

Just me and a 10yr old van
Business doing well, not much debt on the round so can't grumble :)
A few of my mates have been made redundant this last year so I do consider myself lucky that I'm in control - I'd also love to be busy enough to give someone a job - like I said, I know plenty who grab the opportunity but I'm not quite there yet
