£40 for a one off if it was in my area.take around an hour i reckon.

I've found it useful to split up the quote. IE ...windows would be £20 but cons roof would be £60 for an initial or one off...scare them with £80, then relent and say...if you have it all done it would be £60...(obviously dependant on size, location, access and how bad it is etc.) That £20 discount works.

if its a one off and it will take an hour its £40 at least! but i never quite jobs unless i look at the work involved and check for damage to void me of liability!

Lol who voted £100+??? Living in a dreamworld. 4 bedroom detatched with con in south east london id charge 30-40. Would take 20-30 mins, no way an hour if maintanence work.

he did say it was a one off mick!!so i reckon about an hour to get them up to scratch including driving there and driving to ya next job! ;) ;D ;D
