I have had to use safety harness in past too glaze windows. In turrets on schools they make your job some much more awkward and actually cause you to stumble and trip.more often than not IMO

Harness? What window cleaner on residential uses a harness? Not that this is the reason we dont use one.

Its a flat roof with plenty of space to maneuverer around to clean the glass, the roof even when wet isnt slippery (its made of some kind of rubber i think) So risk assessment, DONE!  ;)

so it would take around 6 hours inside and out if you were cleaning on your own?

i would charge £200 for that job but would probably try and get em on bi- monthly.

We have never done it as a one man, we have done it as a 3 (Trad in and out!!) before and absolutely annihilated it!

Why would you want to do it every other month? We have been doing this job for over 5 years on a monthly clean.

Funnily enough they split up not to long a go, he moved out, now shes moved out and hes back and its just gone to EOM :-(

£200 is less than we charge ;-)
But the price we charge reflected that we had to trad the WHOLE place as we have not long been WFP. We're nearly 1 and a half hours quicker WFP than Trad! But price remains the same! 8)

LOL thats my business partner. We used to just do that and go home! Bit more hardcore now plus we have work coming out of all orifices so we have to carry on after this now!

Nah using a BOAB and a blade now seems so much like hard work so we share the pain!
