Title: How much more for first cleans?

Hi, just wondering what % more you are charging on first cleans (domestic) I don't charge extra for 1st cleans but now I've been bitten a few times by people not continuing after 1st clean I'm considering charging more for 1st cleans.

How much more would you charge on a standard 4 bed house with pvc frames that need a decent clean if the house was priced at £15?

When you do a 1st clean always ask if they want windows doing regularly b4 giving a price.  ;) If its a one-off then double the normal price or more if you can get away with it!

what he said! unless the job takes an hour or more then work on your "add hoc" hourly rate, as appossed to your regulay maintenence clean hourly rate...

..e.g. my hourly rate (i aim for at least) is £30. houwever one off jobs or add hoc work like connys roofs are £40 an hour
