Title: expanding foam on wool

hi guys expanding foam gone rock hard and white 50pence size down about 2 weeks, by british grid on light brown carpet that goes up 3 flights any ideas what will remove this as i have been asked for quote , spoke to customer and i think she may be looking at insurance claim against above oh yes brintons wool 8 years old many thanks albert, ? pog ? gum off ?

i had to remove some of this and it's tough, i used a stanley knife blade to trip the foam above the carpet that actually got most of it out, make sure customer isn't about though then used solvex customer was happy though, make sure to rinse out as solvex can delaminate some carpets if over used.
