Title: Does Visitors to Website Help Rankings I thought it did and then was told it did

Just Watched first Video of Tele Marketing Course One of the reasons given for making it available is to help SEO ie number of visitors to site helps goggle rankings

A few years ago on Ceanitup we started clicking on each others sites in an aid to help each other up the rankings but then someone said it did not help.

Now I wonder

I do believe cleanitup has helped me because in the early days posts were archived and can still be found through Google Search engine . etc I found loads from 2003, 2004 yesterday and thought did I say that ;D ;D

Post Penguin / Panda, visitors to your site are important BUT the TIME they spend on your site far more important. This is now a ranking factor (the longer they stay, the better).

Should i use facebook to bring even more traffic??

In theory Mark, I guess the answer is yes because Google wants to see returning visitors. Acheiving that in reality however may be a lot more difficult.

this is the biggest reason to have videos and lots of text, makes them stay on your site for longer :)
