Morning guys.
We have 1 day of work for sale in Bingham, Notts. Reason for sale is its a bit too far for us to drive as we have a full round now. This work is currently being done wfp but only for last 2 months as we were previously trad for 1 year before that, so it can be done either way.
Bingham day - 27 houses
18 houses monthly bringing in £180 every month
9 houses done every other month bringing in £110 every other month, or £55 every month.
Total average monthly income for Bingham is £235.
These houses are on new estates and are well established and all good payers.
House prices are 1 x £20, 2 x £13, 7 x £12, 2 x £11, 9 x £10, 4 x £8 (small), 2 x £5 ( tiny bungalows).
We're happy to show anyone the work and will only accept full payment, we dont do installments.
the work is due now so theres money to be earnt straight away...
We want 3 cleans, that's £705, but we'll knock off the £5, so it's £700.
