I'm tempted as i have work in hartley but googled it and its 15min their and back for two houses  :(

Hartley. What you doing going all the way up there. That's the area I started in years ago I have 3k over there longfield and new ash green. Just a hard area to get top prices in I find as toooooooo many cleaners up there.
I have just gave them 2 jobs to black Chris mate. To be honest you would be like me as they are to far to go for just 2 jobs.
