has anyone tried this trolley of K system i was just looking at it and it looks ok for a back up system but just trying to get oppinion of anyone who has used it or got one .
-
hi mate,I have not used or got one but have the pure freedom trolley, a lot of the guys on here seem to think that the backpacks on a lidl or ikea trolley is the way to go as you have then a trolley system and a backpack for around the £125 mark, have you considered this option as it's probably my next buy

hello i havent , i was after a second hand pure freedom but can not get hold of one , and i just seen the K system one and at that price worth a go , i want at least 25 l as i dont keep want to fill up . :)
-
the only thing with that is I top up anyway at the start of every house when using the trolley, if you do get one can you review it, also you could ask Neal what components were used for delivery I,e if a shurflo pump and decent battery then the only thing to consider would be how robust the actual trolley is as constantly twisting and pulling over kerbs and different surfaces would soon warp something that's not upto it, Neal gets about a fair bit he may even demo one for you if he's passing by

25 litres wont last long you still need to fill up. if its for back up go for a backpack on sack truck. half way down the link ws18 holds 20 litres.

Was sound when he fitted a system to one of our vans. Reasonably priced too.

Bought one did not work....battery lasted about 3 hours, pump was so sensitive on flow just to extending pole by one section. A few design flaws I think, so went back for a full refund.

Just by looking at the trolley I see a problem.
The battery/pump box is fitted in the wrong place. Its far too low. It also sticks out further than the rear wheels. How do you get it down stairs? Carry it?
I have seen the Pure Freedom trolley and I think its a magic bit of kit. Would I buy one? No. The messing around with filling it all the time, and/or lugging 25 litre containers full of water isn't my scene. I will stick with a van mount.
BTW we do have a backpack in the kit that my son wanted me to buy. He likes it - I pinch it once every 2 weeks to do a shop front I find very convenient, but I would lug it around daily as he does.
