Good Morning all,
I have now purchased a new Van which i will collect tomorrow, its a lwb, med roof, Renault Master on a 11 plate, I'm having it plylined and speedlined, but i'm still unsure of how i'm going to lay it all out, would anybody be kind enough to send me a pic of theres to give me ideas info@carpetcleaningherefordshire.co.uk or add them on here, Must add this is for all the TM owners
Thank You
Billy

I like the mattress to be close to the bulkhead, the chains suspended from the ceiling, and you can buy hooks from Screwfix to hang your whips on the sides. You can get bespoke compartments made to hold your lube, vibrators, and cock rings.
Oh, hang on - wrong forum...

-
It is a Truckmount, Cheers Andrew, its just to get some ideas
-
billy if you have a hose reel make sure before you have it speed lined extend the wheel arch so you can mount the reel on it .
-
Good idea Rich!
-
Billy, I built a box over my TM fuel tank and mounted my hose reel on top saved me quite alot of space.
Il send you a pic shortly

Shelving a must have as you know! Mines nothing special but everything fits perfect. Floor has ply then safety flooring, then carpet on top. Sprayers on the right, handtools on one door, sheeting and towels on the other, carpet brush on the roof, vacuum, table, blah blah blah.
All leaves me plenty of room for a porty if needed, rotary, rotowash etc etc.

The box is stronger than it looks there a frame under the ply made of 4x2s.
inside the box is the fuel tank. Leaves me lots of space, its empty now as I had transport some stuff, but SX12, vac, portable, rotary, sprayers etc will all fit in.
I included a picture of my water hose reel that has a centre feed to my water tank, save messing with a garden hose reel.
-
Cheers Everyone,
I'll give you a bell in the week Craig, when i last saw you, you showed me that hose reel and told me where you got it, but you know me, can't remember poope!!! ;D
-
Ok Billy chat soon. :)
You should have loads of space in a lwb.
I bought this Fiat Ducato (swb low roof) in 2010 but wished I bought mwb after having the TM installed. Thats why I did the box thing I had no room for anything before.
-
I done pretty much the same of Craig, but took the original box off the wheel arch and built a new one but extended it out for the hose reel on top, i then made 2 doors and had some cupboard space under the reel.
Mark.

Dave L has his on the roof, i have considered this

Hi Nick
There are 2 vertical bars either side of the reel secured to the floor and roof. A round bar goes through the bar on one side, through the reel and out the other side of the other bar. I have it raised as high as poss to give me space underneath.
-
Cheers Kevin, Van looks good all round, may play about with the reel on the roof of the new van to comes in January.
-
speed line is the way forward make sure you get the roof boarded and get thge roof done as well finshes the job nicely ;)
