I have been using a saphire now for about fifteen months now, its a canny bit of kit, much easier to hold than the CFR and leaves fabric much dryer, I think Jon Kelly now sells them
-
I prefer the sapphire but its just down to choice.
-
I have the cfr ,not tried the sapphire but if somebody wants to lend me there's to have a go ;D
-
just search jim neils posts on the subject i am pretty sure he has written an in depth post on the subject ;D

Well the CFR tool is head and shoulders above the rest (as the poll shows). Wonder why not many people actaully mentioned it apart from me on this and the other "which hand tool" thread? ???
p.s. yes, i've tried both dri masters. Not the sapphire though.

Ive had them all but the cfr is my favourite it gets into the corners better and flushes better.

Is the CFR tool the same as the other 2 i.e vac slot either
side of jet.
John
-
Yes 2 slim slots and a dial at the top.
Shaun
-
Presume then all 3 are pretty much the same performance wise
and it's more a matter of preference.
John
-
Exactly.
I have a CFR hand tool which is 10 years+ old not sure if the others would last that long Jim Neal is the man to ask ;D
