Title: What types of commercial do people clean

what are the best types of commercial to contact which most people get bulk of there work with

I find if they have more glass, they pay more too.

Chip shop - weekly
Pub - monthly
Social club - two monthly
Wedding venue - monthly
Commercial letting agents office - two monthly

Coffee shops
Tatooo shops
Furniture shops
Chippy
Churches
Schools
Social clubs
Car show rooms
DIY stores
Retirement homes
Factory's
Offices
Travel agents

And sometimes we even clean the windows ::)

schools
shops
business centre
office at a factory
nurserys
a gym
solicitors

but nothing that you can get more and more work off, id like to get into cleaning large apartment blocks as i think this type of work is better suited to employees less hassles

im just wondering what other avenues are there for being subbed larger amounts of work

i also do irregular work subbying for a cleaning company.

narrowboat clubhouse

a block of housing association flats

and hundreds of domestic properties!!all mine ive picked up through word of mouth and recommendation.

shops
retirement homes
office blocks
housing project flats
a few pubs and wine bars
and more recently a massive house owned by some property expert who requires us to price up some of his properties in the near future :)

we got most of ours by emailing and poping in to see the manager!! a few contacted us. Another thing we tried was asking our custys to reccommend us to their work place!?

I think gran would of said the same thing - any building with glass
